Hi All,
I´m quite new using Kodi but have been playing with it for a few months now.
I recently read about .STRM files and created a couple of them pointing to HTTP stream files, included them to my library and all works great, library scan the files, scrappers get all the info needed including once fan art and cover art but I have a problem...
The file play perfect, but if I go into the OSD menu or Info menu (not sure what the correct term is) no info is displayed, even more, If I go into subtitles and try to find a subtle for the file nothing is found, manual search works but is not the point.
Seems like the name of the movie is not passed properly to the player or the subtitle search add-on, looking into the logs seems like as soon the stream start playing what is passed to the player and OSD menu is the URL of the stream not the movie name.
Anyone else is using STRM file and see the same problem?, I´m missing some setup or is this the expected behaviour?
I´m using:
RaspPI B
Kodi 14.1
OpenElec 5.0.3
tested with Amber and confluence skin same results.
