I've got the 'Android 4.2 mini PC 1.8GHz Quad Core with 2G RAM DDR3 RK3188 TV Box TV Dongle Bluetooth WIFI HDMI MK809 III' (won't paste a link to Amazon here, because maybe against rules).
According to some videos I have seen on youtube, it is supposed to have an internal antenna. However, when I popped the case I was shocked to find out that I have no such antenna inside.
Question: can I use a laptop or a router antenna and solder it to the 'wifi' path on board? Will that work?
