Hi I have installed kodi 14.2-BETA1 (compiled: Feb 17 2015) on my second computer but i can't make tv show and movie appear on the home screen.
On my first computer i have kodi 14.1(compiled: Feb 5 2015) and they appear on the home screen
I have search on the forum but i don't see a solution, just the same problem could it be a 14.2 bug ? If you can give me a link of kodi 14.1 i could try it to see.

Have you add sources to the library and scraped a TV Show/Movie?

yes and scan and rescan i have even try clean the library and rescan but they don't appear.
in the the theme setting they are not hidden too they are greyed out

if you want i can post the log too

Yes a debug log of scraping shows/movies.
Can you see the sources in file view? If you hit (I) are you able to manually add the show/movie?

and i have find the why they don't want to show up
it was the source that was too far /series/TV-FR/show/season/episode.mkv
just /TV-FR/show/season/episode.mkv work fine i hope this could help somebody else

Nice, yeah sometimes additional sub folders does cause issues, if you can full edit post and mark as solved, that should help the next person with same issues
