Is there a easy way to get ember to save the trailer url in an xbmc friendly format?

Streaming trailers currently don't play on xbmc unless you manually change the trailer url to plugin://plugin.video.youtube/?action=play_video&videoid=XXXXXXX, rather than just the straight url that is saved in ember.

Enable "Save YouTube-Trailer-URL in XBMC compatible format" in settings.
