I have the Red Mute Icon On Top Right Screen - I have already adjusted the sound level under the audio settings to the highest level 0 db and volume amplification to the highest level 60 db but to no avail. The Red Mute Icon stays on the Top Right of the Screen I was watching movies with no problem -- I must have hit the wrong key - then no sound! I can not get the sound back.
