Hi all,

I'm using a Hifiberry DAC+ RCA for the RPi B+.

Some users in this forum helped me out to install the Hifiberry in september 2014:

It worked for a couple of months until I got an update of the system this week. It seems the noise is back
and I don't here the sound correcty.

Can anybody help me out with this problem?

I have checked my system. These are my settings:
- Linux 3.16.3 (so not 3.18...)
- XBMC 13.2 Gotham
- OpenElec 4.2.1 (so not 5.x..)

I can use the quides above, I can't find the files in the guide.

Any idea why you updated to such an out of date version? Go back to whatever version was working before, or make the jump to OpenELEC 5.0.4.

I was still using an old version. Now I have updated to OpenELEC 5.0.4. and the sound is like it use to be!
