Kodi People,
This may not be relevant to this forum, but I can't think of a more knowledgeable crowd.
I want to be able to intercept the power on and power off commands on the ATV2 and run my own shell scripts. Basically, I want to run one script on power on of the ATV2, and one script on power off of the ATV2. Is this possible?
One thought I have toyed with is to continuously monitor /var/log/syslog and detect power on/off states.
If there is a better community for me to post this question to, please let me know.
