My movie sync fails. Recent additions to my kodi collections are not added to Trakt.

@egreenie I'm using kodibuntu, and in my addon option I put the maximum startup delay and now it's working. Try doing that and reboot

I am trying to install trakt through the repository but I can not find it. So I tried to install it manually. The problem is that the main trakt file is installed , but the 3 additional files are not installed. I find now trakt on programs add on and it needs to be updated but when I try to update I get the depentacy error.

I just notice that trakt is not visible in the programs addon because is shown as incompatible. When I check to show me the incompatible programs to ,is shown but of course I can not install it.I am using kodi 14.2

which repository are you looking in, under what section?

you may want to try the suggestions in the following github issue if you have not already done so:

following the directions there has resolved similar issues in the past

if none of that resolves your issue the quickest way of determining problem and identifying fix is posting a log file

Any idea why my Trakt watchlist won't sync with my Kodi wachted items if this can't be it? Is this because i don't have added my movies and series in my Trakt collection?

What I can tell from the logfile is that he can't convert the date one of your movies is "collected at" to utc.
We would have to isolate which movie to get a real clue whats happening.
Nothing we should do in this topic. It's more like a github topic.

I did some testing this weekend, just a quick question, could the problem be caused by a bad jailbreak?

I installed Kodi and the Trakt add-on on a windows pc and it works fine with all the movies and TV shows.
When i just add TV shows on my ATV they all work, with Futurama for exception. When i delete Futurama from my Kodi library it works like a charm (no movies in the library).

I also tried a complete clean install from Kodi and Trakt (deleted all the files on the ATV), thought i might have a corruped file somewhere but no luck, even tried installing the Trakt add-on manually and from 'install form zip-file'.

So before i try and re-jailbreak it again (have to buy the software again) i would like to hear if that could be a possible solution, if not, i'm just gonna give up and buy a second Rapsberry Pi xD.

Are you sure you've removed all the files from the atv? As this should also delete your library files.
If you have, try accessing the library database with sqlite browser or something similar and look for a collected at date in the far past.
Might be a bug in kodi/apple modified date handling (depending on where your files are located)

I've removed the complete Kodi map from my ATV so i guess i deleted everything.

I'll try to find something in the library file, any idea how it should look, the error i'm looking for? I'm a real noob at this.

Guessing copying the library file from my Kodi on Windows to my ATV won't fix anything?

Copying the library should fix it, but it might show this behavior again if you get new files etc :/
But be sure to backup the old, just in case

I looked some more into the files and found out the same problem as surfing_spider. One movie and one episode had as creation date 31/12/1901. So i just fixed that and now it works like a charm!

I only noticed that the ratings translation in Italian is slightly wrong. The correct translation should be (from worse to best):
schifezza, terribile, brutto, scarso, così-così, discreto, bello, ottimo, magnifico, capolavoro

Could someone correct it?

Also, any news about the problem with Facebook multiple posting (when stop/start, move forward/backward, etc.)?
