AFAIK users never had permission to delete their own posts so this is probably a bug.

Oddly enough it only shows in some forums. I haven't tested - didn't wanted to delete my post - and it might just be an empty container.

Yeah, forum rights are messed up after i moved the categories around recently.

I'll probably end up redoing them all on a new "template forum" and then copying them over everything.
