there was an attempt A LONG time ago.
but once NBC bought the rights to EPL, the developer stopped -- http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=...pid1168737
not sure if the developer is still around. might try to PM.
so now most people use the NBC Live plugin.

and, Football Today is working. make sure you've got the right repo for the updates.
