I've uploaded new test builds, #0708b, which don't include PR7359 (or the cvariant commits - HEAD is 2efc4456), and there's still a problem with the mouse and spinners once the mouse wheel is used.

@popcornmix: I've just uploaded build #0709, one observation is that when Kodi starts, the mouse pointer is visible in the top left corner for a short while even when mouse support is disabled.
