Hello I just got a gbox the other day and I installed a whole bunch of addons. The version on xmbc installed on the gbox is 13.2 But when ever I play a movie or tv show even if it says hd, it shows in the video player sd and the quality is terrible. In my xmbc settings is says my output is for 720 as my tv only goes up to 1080i any suggestions as to why the only play in sd. Thank for the help

So you got a box with a bunch of bootleg/pirate video stream add-ons, and want to know why they all suck? We have nothing to do with those add-ons, and you shouldn't buy from anyone who is pre-installing them and lying to you about them working reliably. Kodi is no better at getting movies than a blank web browser. Kodi is mainly designed to be an interface for content you already have.

If you can, try to get a refund.
