i went to video addons and added video jukebox and when i click on it bottom right hand corner say error failed, do i have to to do more in programs/ settimgs

I have had the same problem since i moved over to kodi 14.1 on my ATV 2 when i was using frodo and gotham it worked perfect i tried the usualthing removing anything that i installed to do with the addon in profile directory the plugin database mymusic32.db and myvideo75.db texture13.db empty my cache purge packages.Then installed it by ssh still no joy
