Using Kodi 14.2 RC1 on Windows 8.1, and I'm having an issue where third party repositories are not loading, even with a force refresh, and if I force refresh the Official Repo then it wipes it clean. I've tried turning off my firewall, but that didn't help, and I tried deleting the addons16.db file as per the wiki instructions, but that just wiped the Official Repo too. I am able to install plugins via the official repo, so I'm definitely connected to the internet there.
For the below log I took the following steps: Entered the repo of Lunatixz, it's empty > Force Refresh and re-enter, still empty > Enter Official Repo, it's full > Force Refresh Official Repo, it's empty. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this. Thanks to all.
