Is the EPG part of the WMC plugin, or part of Kodi?

I am looking to get control over the EPG with the mouse, and I can get to it, I can select from the current page of channels, but I cannot change pages in the EPG itself with the mouse.
I have already posted in the main PVR support forum asking about mouse control as well, but I realized that it might not be a Kodi thing, but a WMC thing...

So, I post here too.

The Epg is part of Kodi itself

The pvr addons just provide data (channels, recordings, Epg entries, timers) to Kodi which then displays/interacts with them etc
