Hello,
I want to buy the Odroid C1 to use it as a HTPC. I know CEC is not working but what is about h.264 and h.265 at 1080p?
Has anyone experience with the C1? Is it stable? Does it have shuttering while video playback?
What is about Divx and other codecs? Can it play videos with 23,975 frames per second?

Ok thanks So I guess the C1 is no option because of the various hardware failures. A lot of the user report that the hdmi output is not working. To bad, I real liked the idea of gbit network.

Read the Odroid forum, as there are easy fixes if you like to tinker and are handy with a Soldering iron. HDMI will work if you buy the dirt cheap HDMI cable from ODROID.

Ok, so you can recommend the C1, if I buy the HDMI cable form ODROID and don't need CEC. I'm able to solder,but I don't have the equipment at home so I don't real want to. I just want to play h.265 and h.264 movies. I read several posts, that there are problems with 23.975Hz movies and European TVs but other post said that these problems are solved, what is true?
