TV does not show up at welcome screen.

On TV settings:
Enabled: On
Client Specific shows: IPTV Simple PVR add-on

TV does not show up :
on both Helix 1 & 2 !!
on both Local and Remote path
Have installed and reinstalled both Helix 1 & 2 several times

TV does appear when I enable the PVR Demo Client !!!!

Running Toshiba C55A Satellite Laptop with CPU N2820 2.13GHZ 4G ram win 8.1 updated

Help please !!
