Wonder if you could give me some help/advice please ?.

Im looking into buying a Jailbroken ATV2.

Am i safe buying from Ebay ?.
What should i look for or ask before buying ?.
Whay programmes / features should already be downloaded onto it ?.

thats an appletv3 and even more useless then the atv2 (because its non-jailbreakable)...
