This is my first time trying to do a skin. I would like to look at the MQ5 skin because I have been reading a lot of great things about it. However, I'm not sure how to install it. I saw something that said it was in the XBMC repository but I have looked and cannot find it.

I went to the website where Marcus hosts the MQ5 skin and it seems that the project was last updated in August of 2013. Has the development died on this project??

Could someone please tell me how to install it? Which repo I need?

FYI - I have been reading but there seems to be mods. But, everything seems to be dated a from 2013, so I just wanted to ask to make sure that I have the most updated info.

I saw that thread but it says "mods". Does that not mean that I have to install the base MQ5 first and then the mod for it? If so, where do I install the base MQ5 for it?

No, there isn't an official version of MQ5 for Helix.

Follow the instructions in the first post of the thread I linked.

The only official version of Aeon MQ compatible with Helix will be 6, which is currently in development.
