I use to be able to play videos from Cartoon Hd for example"Dragon ball z" but, now I can't watch it anymore. The video just says "working" for a few seconds then it stops loading. In some cases it says "One or more items failed to play. Check log file for details. Here is part of the log file.

That would be the add on itself. One of a few things: 1. Stream is dead/changed 2. Stream provider/redirector requires authentication. You should ask where you downloaded the plugin from.

It is the source file you are trying to access directly. It is giving you a 403, "Your client does not have permission to get URL "
