I am running XMBC 12.2 on an old Pentium 4 win xp sp 3 2gb ram 2,1 Ghz processor
I am also running Helix 14.1 on a Duo Core N2850 processor 4gb ram fully updated win8.1 on the same network.
On the XMBC Frodo, everything works perfect, including live TV (simple client), and working time to find live tv is very quick
On the contrary, the Helix 14.1, the pvr live tv simple client is very tricky to setup, if you manage to setup at all !! and working time takes quite a long time to find a station.
Both are running on the same speed 25 network Ethernet wired, no wireless stuff !!
