flashing multi-color block

Question
On the upper right corner, is a flashing multi-color block. It fades in and out.
What does it mean.
I did a search in the wiki and the forums, but flashing block, block, flashing, all found nothing.

It means your power supply is insufficient. You may want to try a better one.

Under voltage indicator: http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewto...29&t=82373

Use a better quality power supply (1 Amp+, ideally at least 2 Amp), USB cable, or both as your current power supply/USB cable combination is not delivering sufficient voltage to the Pi. Cheap USB cables can cause significant voltage drop.

Thanks, I'll switch to the usb power block I bought for the raspberry pi 2 from adafruint, 2A. I was moving it around and am using an old PS for the RPi1
