Release Video Addon for tubi tv
#16
There is an update to Snagfilms, I think the latest is 1.0.8 - there was a website change, that should fix the movies issue.

Still trying to find what is wrong with my main intallation, but i've noticed on the portable mode one, that sometimes the second item inside a category is not returned/listed., e.g.: Night of the living dead inside the Cult Movies category (first is Rescue from Gilligan's Island) http://tubitv.com/category?id=500008 . I took a look and NOTLD is the only missing item in the category list of the addon.

It might be happening on other categories, also, bare in mind that the order of the items inside the categories seem to randomly change from time to time on the webpage itself.

I have a Problem i've created an Account and wrote it in The ADDON Settings but when i try to play Some videos RATED R or ADULT i get an ERROR. The Addon keeps saying i need to be signed in to view that Video.

Can Someone explain me what's the reason

Please turn on debug logging under Settings->System->Debugging select the video that's giving you a problem and post the log to xbmclogs.com or pastebin.com.
You should also double check that the username and password is set correctly in addon settings. The most common problem is people enter their username and password and forget to click the OK button to save it.

So I gave up and used a 20 days old backup. It works. Snagfilms works as well. I've disabled a couple of things, unistalled some others... And Installed the Backup program addon, just in case Tongue

You need to turn debug logging on. I see you trying to play something, but honestly there are other things going on there with banned addons which make it really hard to see what's going on. Create a clean xbmc log with debug logging enabled and only play a tubi tv movie, not tons of others. Then please post.

I found some nice images to use in the addon here: https://www.totalouya.com/apps-and-games...v-on-ouya/ Nod
I actually used the first image (dark background) to make a 512 x 512 png icon. -> http://imgur.com/2DgkulF

The second image (white background) could be used as a fanart / background image for the addon... or maybe you can use this image from the official facebook account -> https://www.facebook.com/tubitv/photos/a...=1&theater

Thanks for thinking about this. I'll take a look on the weekend.
Addons have rules for icon size (256x256) and fanart (1280x720 or 1920x1080) which can easily be made using the imgaes you supplied and paint.exe

I have a thing for irfanview, plus it's freeware! Wink

On other note, the tubitv site was down for maintenance for a day or so, and now that it's back up, the addon returns an empty main menu... Did my setup got screwed up again or what?

Very tiny change. Should be fixed now.
