NEED HELP!!! Using a NUC as HTPC. Need advice and guidance.
Hi guys.
Been putting together a HTPC for my entertainment room. I'm using a NUC for 2 applications. 1st is KODI media center and 2nd is a karaoke software. My goal here is to some how make Windows 8.1 boot directly into a shell or a launcher of some sort rather than booting to Window 8 start or desktop. Basically a launcher/dashboard that shows 4-5 oversized icon to choose Kodi, karaoke, settings, and power.
Attached below is a YouTube link of a video example of what I want. Sorry it's in a foreign language but if you watch how his system boots directly to a launcher screen. That's what I want. Anyone with any idea or advise or better alternative. Please help.
