Hello,
Does anyone know of any way for Kodi to read encrypted volumes?
I know I'm being vague, but I'm also largely clueless.
Basically what would be ideal is to have an encrypted flash drive (or an encrypted file on a regular flash drive) which contains a video file.
When you plug in the flash drive, Kodi prompts you for the password.
You enter the password and then the volume contents are displayed, and you are able to playback the video file.
Does anyone have any ideas or does anything like this exist?
I am aware of Kodi's user profiles and being able to set a password on a media source, but this needs to be secure outside of Kodi and ideally run on a Rapsberry Pi (ie. OpenElec).
First prize would be if it could actually mount an encrypted DMG file created on a Mac...
Many thanks for any help / advice / ideas anyone is able to provide.
