So- I was very excited to see that de-interlacing TV is added for android / Fire TV in the latest nightlies. I quickly went to d/l and install. Now I'm having problems getting the pvr.wmc to load at all. Here's what I'm seeing in the logs so far. I tried disabling TV, re-enabling it and selecting pvr.wmc again- but no luck. Anyone else using it successfully with nightlies? Thanks,

Nighly version: kodi-20150409-28acdc2-master-armeabi-v7a.apk (fire tv)

After further testing, looks like pvr.wmc isn't working yet for android and/or fire tv with the latest Isengard nightlies.. I did a complete uninstall of kodi, cleared data/cache etc. Reinstalled nightly and got the same results.. The addon just won't load. Reverted back to 14.2 for now.

Sorry about that. Do you recall the addon version you were seeing when you did this? Hopefully this will get straightened out soon.

Off the top of my head- I don't unfortunately- but I can re-install tonight and get that if it would help you.

Not worth it imo. I think give isengard some time to settle down.

FYI- tried the nightlies as of today- and the pvr.wmc client still won't load.. Can't wait til it does- in the meantime I've tried some other backend/frontend solutions and they just aren't cutting it for me. Can't get them to stream as well as pvr wmc. Hoping it will be supported in Isengard at some point!

do you have a kodi log of the addon failing to load? We finally got our changes merged to support the latest kodi pvr api version in Isengard (unless it's moved on again!), I wonder if you were just 1 nightly too early. I havent had time to check the nightlies myself

Another option is to use the SMPC fork. In addition to working with pvr.wmc and containing the de-interlacing features you're referring to, it also has a few other menu options specific to Android (bluetooth, storage, sound, wifi, etc).
