Req Jump / shift within timeline

Hi,

first let me say I really apreciate Kodi and use it for some time now on a HTPC (and before on a PI) and I'm really happy that it gathers so much functionality, is highly customizable and supports a lot of architectures.

But I noticed confusion if guests use Kodi to playback video content: you are unable to jump via the timeline slider in the OSD.

Background is that I playback movies from my NAS via SMB and sometimes a guest / beginner likes to show me a special scene or jump forward or likes to jump backwards. Unfortunatly with the current version he just can play fast forward etc. even if mostly every other mediaplayer allows you to skip intros etc. just by using the cursor keys or clicking the timeslider.

Both things you describe work in the default skin Confluence.
I just tested this on Windows using todays nightly build.

You can skip with the cursor keys, as well as move the mouse and click on the slider at the bottom that pops up.
It even uses our new skip steps when you use the cursor keys.
