I've been tweaking my Kodi setup every other month trying to get all the functionality working.
My target is to get 24 fps playback with all passthrough audio formats working. I can get everything working in bits and pieces, but not everything working together.
I'm running an AMD 5350 APU chipset with 4 gigs of ram, Kodi 15 alpha, latest Linux and Xubuntu kernels with Radeon OSS Open Mesa VDPAU version 10.3.2 drivers.
Here's the log for 24 fps with passthrough formats- I get no audio at all and my audio processor isn't switching modes from the OSD (2 channel) to multichannel.(7.1)

Here's the log for 24 fps without any passthrough formats - audio works but I get a lot of hisses and pops.

Here's the log when I set my display to run at 60 hz for 60 fps playback with passthrough formats - audio works with no pops

In all cases I'm getting a consistent 24 fps in the Kodi debugging banner with perfect video even when my processor says it is getting a 1920x1080x60hz signal.
I just can't get audio working with that perfect picture..
