Purchased a Prometheus box 3 months ago...been useless from day 1 as it shuts down after 30 mins each time,every time! had absolutely no support from Hacker Mill(even though he says he's answered all his tweets!) Or support or sales with my request for a exchange or refund. tried every fix under the sun hence my request. anyone had anything like this problem with a box of any sort or in their dealings with this company? Thanks

I have never heard of this. Last I knew, Prometheus was a movie.

A "Prometheus" is a $100 generic celeron mini PC that is sold for about $300. Considering several users have been flat out denied refunds, repairs, and any user support, I would call it a scam as well.

I have been ripped off by these scammers as well. I had a similar issue to yours. I even sent the unit back expecting a replacement. That was almost 3 months ago.
