I know this has been mentioned before, but it seems to be a major oversight IMHO. Many users would like the same control over ratings for videos that they have for audio files. This could be easily satisfied by a skin providing an option for the user to set any rating they wish, but the scraper would overwrite this setting (IMDB, TMDB, etc). If the database provided an option for both scraper and user-defined ratings, it would be far easier for any skin to allow the preference of one over the other. Thus you could preserve both the current method of relying on stranger's ratings (need I even point out how ridiculous this is?) and allowing the user to define their own rating for any movies/episodes/shows they wish.
