I am trying to restore the factory chrome OS onto a Chromebox I messed up installing Kodi on. My issue is that I have made three USB drives with the Chrome OS recovery image and it keeps crashing when I boot it, not sure why.
Any ideas?

The issue I am having is the drive is blank and every time I try to boot to a flash drive that contains the Chrome OS recovery image it kernel panics. Ive tried different brands and sizes of flash drives, even an SD card, same thing happens. I've tried all the USB ports on the chrome box, nothing works.
