Hi,

Kodi 14.2 have been working ok in my Windows 8.1(Intel NUC I5) but when starting it today it freezes at the starup screen?

I have set Kodi to use The MySQL database on my server where the videos is located and this have been working great. The server is always on and I have dubble checked it.

I know that I am supose to provide a log but I can´t activete it becouse Kodi is never really started, all I see is the startup screen with the Kodi logo.

I found that the log could be enabled in the advancedsettings file, see here : http://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file/Advanced

When this was done I could see that the MySQL server was not found(Strange that I did not get any dialog about this?). I checked my server and the MySQL server was not running. After som work it was active again and Kodi stated as usally.
