Not very savvy with my Prometheus box but I recently upgraded to helix 5.0 and now I am getting a message on the bottom right hand corner that says pulsar has crashed. restarting. Need help.

Good news for you: We don't support your Prometheus Box at all. Wherever you bought it, ask those for support.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
