When playing video, or watch TV my children often "playing" with remote, and when they pressed OK button on remote, then can change video or audio settings . I want to disable this buttons, so I ask, how can I do this.

For any answer I will be very gratefull.

You can create a custom Keymap (wiki) and override the mapping for the OK button with an "empty" action. If youre kids are watching on their own you could create a custom user profile in Kodi for them and apply this keymap only to this profile, so that this feature is still available to you.

edit: if you only want to hide the buttons to change video/audio settings you would have to alter the xml files of the skin.
