Please help. When I exit Kodi the volume on my computer(s) is left at 100%. The problem occurs on two computers (AMD 64 and Intel based) and several different distros, including Linux Mint, LMDE and Korora.This is hard on both my sound equipment and my wife. It happens even when I reduce the volume within Kodi (F9 to min.) Your assistance will be most appreciated. I have not found a solution in other threads. Thank You. Vince

Post a Debug Log, please. Kodi does not alter the volume directly. With alsa it uses "Soft Volume" and with pulseaudio it only controls the "kodi stream" without touching master volume.

The only thing I could imagine is a fully broken pulseaudio installation with flat-volumes enabled.

Debug Log will tell.
