I have just started getting a pop up after playing a tv episode titled "What did you think" - any ideas where it has come from and how I disable it?

It sounds like you are using a banned addon. You should contact the addon creator.

Thanks - Just worked it out - I had installed trakt tying to sync two sites - dont like things that do that so have uninstalled it.
Suspect I will end up writing my own add-in to sync the two mysql db watched states.

You can disable it in trakt (the official add on anyway). I use it to sync as well and I disabled it for Tv Shows though I left it on movies because why not. Just have a look at the settings there is a section for ratings.
