Running latest beta, if I disable scraping of votes and ratings in the global settings for tv episodes as well as scraper settings, votes and ratings still scrape in.

It's a bug with all NFO items in tv show/episode. Ember caches all informations and use it for new episodes, even if you have disabled it.
