Hi this is a question and just information in general.

When you watch online streaming services (legal) ones like netflix,espn,hulu,xfinity the quality adjusts with your internet speed as it goes up an down so does the quality what does this and is it possible it could somehow be engineered into kodi? before anyone jumps in im talking about legal services that work in kodi like iplayer not illegal add ons thanks

I am not sure if that is what netflix uses.
