What's happened to FTV? - The 'Top Movies' section has disappeared

I have been having problems with FTV in that nothing plays in the 'Top Movies' section and now it has disappeared completely. In fact the whole section that it was in 'Cartoons & More' has disappeared.

Does anyone know why and if it will be re-instated?
