Im very new to this and at a very novice level.

I got a xmbc box for my tv and it was preloaded, however when I was streaming tv shows one day there would be no streams for me to pick from.
I reset the box and tried updating and adding addons and now it just tells me there are no streams available on all the tv shows in my library!!!!!

Is there a way to reload everything and again I apologize I am not very tech savvy so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
