Hello,
I want to stream Live TV over the internet to my HTPC running Kodi14/Win8.1
I forwarded the ports and edited the firewall, I connected to the Rec Service (1.3.1.0 beta/2012R2) and added a new Unicast
device (DVBViewer Pro on Windows8.1) with the specific domain insted of an IP. I did this step for testing on my desktop.
This works.

Then I added the domain/credentials in the dvbviewer client pvr addon (htpc).
I'm able to get the channel list but if I'm selecting a channel, the load circle pops up, bu after a few seconds, it disappears.

Does this work for anyone? Or other suggestions?

solved the issue by myself: Iforwarded the wrong media streaming port

Tried the same thing but cant really open any tv channel.

What port do I have to forward to?

You need to give access permissions to/forwards ports for:

• the Recording Service Webservice
  
• the UPNP port
  
• Optional: the RTSP port
