VoIP Caller-ID broadcasting to Xbox?

Question
Hi,

I'm not sure if this currently exists (or if it is at all possible) so I thought I'd try here first.

I've got an SPA3000 box which allows me to use my normal phone to use the Internet for calls (http://www.voip.co.uk). It works really well and means I don't have to have my computer on as it plugs straight in to my router.

I've also found a system tray monitor (http://www.clacy.com/sipura/) that will allow a pop-up box on my computer when a call comes in showing who is calling.

What I want to do is to be able to integrate this with XBMC so that a pop-up box appears on XBMC when someone calls.

I contacted the guy who built the monitor but said there were no plans to integrate broadcasting this pop up box to another IP address (or specifically XBMC).

Does anyone know of something else that is out there?

Try

http://192.168.100.3/xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?c...er%20Anruf,${output})"

where of course you need to replace the 192.168.100.3 with the IP addy of your XBox

Eingehender Anruf is German for Incoming Call

this code will show a popup, but you need some more coding to trigger this popup.
To trigger, we (the coders who wants to do that for you) need to know how things happen on your network... It may be difficult for us if we don't know how your system works

Thanks for the response.

Is there any chance we can make this happen?

Let me know what you need.

I've got a router (Netgear DG834G - 192.168.01) which wirelessly connects to the following:

Desktop computer: 192.168.0.2 / 255.255.255.0 (Windows XP)
Laptop: 192.168.0.3 / 255.255.255.0 (Windows XP)
Xbox: 192.168.0.5 (XBMC)

and then via LAN to the Sipura SPA3000 (192.168.0.4).

In terms of phone settings - I've got Sipura Monitor on the desktop computer. As before, they don't allow for IP broadcasting yet.

Clearly no modem in the computer but since the SPA3000 is lined to the router, when someone calls the phone, the SPA3000 talks to the router who then broadcasts this to the desktop computer.

What I'd love is to be able to broadcast this to XBMC (and, if ever possible have the functionality to be able to have a name and photo to see whose calling).

Is this possible?
