[RELEASE] IPTV Playlist Editor (3.9 and 3.4 compatible)

First I am not the author of this program so all credentials goes to author.

Since configuration of TVHeadend 3.9 is pita to configure, this tool comes very handy and works perfect. It can load .m3u playlist and convert it to tvheadend compatible configuration. It works with 3.4 and 3.9 version.
It can accept iptv simple addon structure.
I have tested it with 3.9 configuration and I am very happy with the result. There are few restrictions like excepting only udp stream and not something like http://192.168.1.1:1234/udp/232.4.1.2:5002 but this can be easily fixed with replacing strings with notepad++ in all files.
Also there are some problems with non unicode but basically this is it.
I hope author will fix those glitches, because this program is really great and so far the best tool to configure tvheadend from m3u.

Note:
It can also accept this form (not mentioned on the original site):

#EXTM3U tvg-shift=3
#EXTINF:-1 tvg-id="SLO 1" tvg-name="SLO 1" tvg-logo="http://test.com/slo1.png" group-title="Nacionalni",SLO 1
udp://@232.4.1.1:5002

The last one position is EPG

This is great stuff, have to try it out.

Do you know if it works with authenticated http:// streams (non udp)?

With windows explorer you go into folder something like:
\input\iptv\networks\f558d17936934393a3c2b019b0c8a7a9\muxes
and enter in search string in explorer "config". All the configs files will be listed. Then select them all and with right mouse button select edit with notepad++. All the files will be opened. Then replace the udp string with http or. whatever. Select replace in all opened documents and at the end select from menu file, save all opened documents.

I want to just add one or two manually as a proof of concept without using this. But I cannot find any directions on how to do it.
Can you give some pointeres?
