#1
I use OpenElec for Kodi and I mainly use hd tvs but I like to bring it to a friends house and they only have crt tv. Its dumb they need to get a new tv but it is what it is. Would prob be kinda blurry. I bought a rca cord but doesnt work on tv Im testing.. I can get this to work? Any info or anything would be great. So far Ive heard you cant but if I could get this to work would be great. Thanks

If you have composite input video then you can use the composite video output that is on all Raspberry Pis. If the TV does not directly have a composite input then sometimes you can use something like a VCR's composite input to convert composite to a tuner channel.

Any RCA cable should work if you have an RPi B. For RPi B+ and RPi 2, you need a specific 3.5mm to RCA cable. If you already have a cable and it isn't working, you could try swapping the video and right audio outputs (put yellow into red and red into yellow). If that doesn't work, then your cable is probably the wrong one.
