Hello

I use Kodi on 3 devices, 2*Rasperry PI and 1*Windows

The movies are all on a central NAS (IP 10.0.0.110), the movie DB is on the mySQL on NAS

Now i would like that the raspberry (Linux) will play the movies as NFS and the Windows as SMB
but the path is hardcoded in every file in the mysql DAtabase?

What is the best practise for this?

I run the scraper from my windows Notebook -> therefore i have the smb prefix

Why not just reconfigure the Windows client to use nfs:// and rescrape the library? Windows can access nfs:// no problem, as Kodi uses libnfs.

If you must use smb:// on Windows and nfs:// on Linux then your best bet is path substitution on the Linux clients, smb to nfs, although it seems an unnecessary complication as the Pis can access smb just fine (not as efficiently as nfs, though).
