Hello -
I have a Pivos DS (http://global.pivosgroup.com/a-home-for-xios-ds/ ). I was running XBMC Frodo for a while and decided to update to Kodi. Pivos supplied a .IMG file to update. It worked out fine but now instead of the 'true' Kodi/XBMC I now have this Tofu OS installed. There are some features/settings missing from Kodi that I prefer such as the internet connection.
I do not want this Tofu. I went to Pivos but they will not tell you how to remove it. And that is understandable.
I am thinking of just uploading another .IMG file to overwrite/replace it and start fresh. So with that in mind I have a few questions.
First how do I get/create a .IMG file? Do I simply convert the zip file to a .IMG extension?
Next is I'm not sure which version to update to. Do I use the ARM or x86 from Android?
I believe I was using Linux on this unit before but I'm guessing when I did the provided Pivos update it reverted back to Android?
Thanks in advance
