The only other thing you could maybe do is find a more general purpose Windows support forum where someone might understand what produces that message.

Fix Microsoft Error Code 0xC000007C
0xc000007c Error Codes are caused in one way or another by misconfigured system files in your windows operating system. Here is a 3rd party solution http://www.microsoftfixit.net/fix-micros...xc000007c/ whihc I don't recommend, looks like they want you to download a tool, the dates and references are very old. Kodi is the first program to complain, it's quite likely that other applications will be effected by this glitch and the dreaded re-install comes to mind.
Installing 'games' and unknown software should really be done inside a 'sandbox', or a software environment of zero risk.
Kodi is just a media player.
