I'm currently mounting a new HTPC with Technisat SS2 ex HD card on W10 with the latest KODI v14.2
My TV and PC screen are connected to this one
I'm using DVBViewer Pro for backend and Kodi to look TV on my TV
When i'm looking TV on my PC everything (video) is very well
But, when i'm looking TV on my TV, it seems that the video is not entirely fluid
My TV resolution is 1080p@60Hz
My PC's monitor resolution is 1650*1050p@60Hz



My next TV card, TBS6983, arrive tomorrow. I don't know if it will change anything

Could you share your opinion and your settings to get a very fluid video playback please ?
