Strangely, but why no one suggest to try an alternative player. Sometimes it's not an Android issue, but XBMC/Kodi itself. In order to find out, try to play the same content with MX Player https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...oplayer.ad and see the difference.

In MX Player it is crisp, clear, fluid, deinterlaced, without any judder/stutter. In any XBMC/Kodi which I have tried: using software decoding - without judder/stutter, but fuzzy, interlaced; using amcodec - deinterlaced, crisp, but with heavy judder/stutter. MX Player is still the leader in video quality and Android compatibility.
