I've been running Kodibuntu with 14.0 for a while, and decided to update to 14.2 on my Asus Chromebox.
I ran:
When the box came back up, I get a desktop login screen prompting for a password for my main 'xbmc' user, but won't accept the password (I enter it, but it claims it's invalid).
I can still SSH into the box, so I tried following the instructions here by doing:
After a reboot, I'm still at the desktop login screen.
Looking at the upgrade instructions in the Wiki, I checked to be sure I am pointed at the correct, non-nightly, PPA, which I believe I am:
Just to be sure, from the same page, I executed:
And I'm still at the desktop login after a reboot.
I'd appreciate any further instructions.
